“I like to help people. I enjoy delivering mail and flowers. Walking into a room with a beautiful bouquet from a family member or friend of the patient helps to cheer them up even when they are not feeling well. Helping relatives select that special gift from the Gift Shop for their loved ones, whether to cheer them or to celebrate a new member of the family is such a joy.
