Our most dire need right now is Patient Escort. This fun and important position will give you the opportunity to work with patients and staff. You will make lots of friends with other Blue Birds, too! You will be escorting patients of all ages throughout the hospital. Our Escorts also assist with wayfinding due to the major construction project that is underway. We also have positions open at the Information Desk and Blue Bird Gift Shop.

We currently are looking at additional opportunities for volunteers who want to help our littlest patients. For now, we have the Art Cart available. In this position your creativity will flow while you help children get their minds off what is ailing them! Don’t worry…you don’t have to be an artist to be successful in this position. To a child, all grown-ups are as good as Michaelangelo!

Currently, we have a variety of positions open at MSTH. This includes Information Desk, Surgery Waiting Room, Admitting Patient Laison (great for early risers!), Emergency Room and Floor Duty assisting staff and patients. Please indicate on your application that you would like to volunteer at MSTH. We REALLY need volunteers like you at this wonderful hospital!
